PanicMac is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It is a novelty app: we are not responsible for spilled coffee, startled coworkers, offended cats, or cardiac events. (The scream is a joke. The no-warranty part isn't.) To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to PanicMac is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: reply to your receipt email or contact Lemon Squeezy support within 14 days of purchase. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected by anything on this page.
